This art was originally sketched as a henna design to celebrate a mama-to-be. The design was created on her pregnant belly a few weeks before the baby arrived in in the summer of 2022.

This design includes so much thoughtfulness and intention from the mama-to-be — the sunflowers, the Flatirons (mountains in Boulder, CO), the night sky with the Leo constellation, and the small (almost hidden) elephant.

Each part of this signifies a piece of the amazing, complex journey of life and loving and becoming a parent.
